Excited to say, we’ve done it again! In this crazy market of historically low rates, countless buyers, and shockingly low inventory, being a buyer can be exhausting. It’s slim pickings for most and multiple offer situations are driving up prices, but that didn’t stop us from finding Ken & Stephanie their forever home! Relocating to Huntington Beach from Los Angeles with a concurrent close on their house there, they were in urgent need of a new house and wanted to land in their forever home…so we built them one! Not literally, but through our resources we found them the perfect neighborhood and lot which was being torn down and rebuilt to the 9’s. In less than 30 days, we closed escrow concurrently with their Eagle Rock home and they were moving in that same day! Congrats to you, Ken & Stephanie!
