And like that…SOLD! We teamed up with HomeAdvisor to offer our seller a partial remodel of her Newport Beach home at NO UPFRONT COST!!! We turned this rental home from dated to desired. After helping our tenant relocate, we got to work with our contractor and, in a month, we were on the market! Then COVID happened and changed our lives.
